Personal Brand Coaching
We offer a personal brand coaching program that will help you to develop, express, and manage a strong personal brand in the marketplace. Developed by personal branding guru, William Arruda, the 1-2-3 Success! personal branding process is a structured methodology for uncovering, communicating and nurturing your personal brand.
We provide personal brand coaching at regularly scheduled 1-2 hour meetings, using the book, Career Distinction, by William Arruda and Kirsten Dixson, and the accompanying online Career Distinction Workbook. We will also provide guidance in conducting, and understanding the results of, the 360° Reach Assessment that is provided to all Career Distinction book purchasers. Our fees for personal brand coaching are at a rate of $150/hour.

Skills Analysis and Training
The interview
skills analysis and training program begins with a personal
consultation, either in person, or by phone, during which
we discuss the interviewing process in depth, and evaluate
your interviewing skills. We then focus on:

interviews |

Preparing
specific examples that support your agenda |

Addressing
"soft spots" in your background and experience |

Presenting
your agenda persuasively and in a natural style |

a mock interview followed by feedback and strategic planning.
