Professional Services offers
a number of assessments and career profiling tools for career management and career decision-making purposes.
We use four career assessment tools with our clients: The
Knowdell ™ Career Assessment and Profiling program, the
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ®), the CPI 260 ® Leadership Assessment, and the Personal Style Indicator ©, described below:
Knowdell™ Career
Assessment and Profiling
Using the Career Development Model developed by Richard Knowdell, we offer a four-step career profiling process to help you to:

The Career Decision-Making Profile uses Knowdell™ Card Sorts, and includes administration of either the MBTI ® (described below), or the Personal Style Indicator © (described below).
We will provide up to two hours of in-person or telephone consultation to evaluate your results and explore career options. Our fee for Career Profile administration, interpretive materials, and evaluation of results is $400 using the MBTI ®, or $350 using the Personal Style Indicator ©.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator ® MBTI ®
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® is one of the best known and most trusted personality tools available today. The MBTI ® can be used to understand an individual’s preferences for drawing energy from others or from within, receiving and communicating information, decision-making, and life style /work style choices. The MBTI ® can also be used to better understand individual differences and uncover new ways to work and interact with others.
The MBTI ® assessment is provided online, and usually takes about 20 minutes to complete. A 1-hour in-person meeting or telephone consultation is provided to evaluate results. Our fee for MBTI ® administration, interpretive materials, and evaluation of results is $225.

CPI 260 ® Leadership Assessment
The CPI 260 ® Assessment contains 260 carefully selected items that are used to measure three vector scales (Interpersonal Approach, Intrapersonal Values, and Level of Satisfaction) and more than two dozen scales in five broad categories: (1) Dealing with Others, (2) Self-Management, (3) Motivations and Thinking Style, (4) Personal Characteristics, and (5) Work- Related Measures.
Additional interpretive results are provided pertaining to leadership capabilities, under five Core Performance Areas: (1) Self-Management (2) Organizational Capabilities, (3) Team Building and Teamwork, (4) Problem Solving, and (5) Sustaining the Vision.
The CPI 260 ® Leadership Assessment is provided online, and usually takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. A 1 1/2 to 2-hour in-person meeting or telephone consultation is provided to evaluate results. Our fee for CPI 260 ® Leadership Assessment administration and evaluation of results is $325.

Personal Style Indicator ©
The Personal Style Indicator © is a scientifically developed, self-scoring learning and communication instrument which can help you to (1) understand your basic personal style of responding to people and to tasks, (2) gain a better understanding of how your personal style impacts others, (3) understand and accept other peoples' style tendencies, and (4) develop a plan to increase your effectiveness in working with others.
We will mail you the Personal Style Indicator © and self-scoring interpretive materials, and provide a 1-hour in-person or telephone consultation to evaluate results. Our fee for Personal Style Indicator © administration, interpretive materials, and evaluation of results is $150.
